We started off the visit with a day at the Aquarium. :)
We had to wait for a minute while the tiger area was prepped before the tiger came out.
We fed the stingrays too. :)
Also, we really, really lucked out with the weather. Going to the Aquarium in June is always a risk around here!
Jared conquered his fear of the ferris wheel.
And did the mini-drop ride,
but would have nothing to do with the big one. :)
We all rode the carousel. :)
(And I took horrendous pictures to prove it.)
And the train.
At home, Grandma Debbie was a good sport and played Mariokart with the boys.
(The pictures flipping situation is really ridiculous!)
Linda came too and we played lots of games...and I took candid pictures that some were prepared for and some weren't.
I can't even tell you how wonderful these ladies are and we loved just hanging out with them...reading, playing, puzzling. :)
Grandma Debbie made the boys these fantastic water fight kits with sponges. They were and are very fun and perfect for our hot summer.
I spent some time watching from the second floor window. :)
We got to celebrate Linda's birthday with her. :)
We loved having them here with us!
Both of them are doing puzzle apps. :)
We went Father's Day shopping
and the boys picked out the (hehe) Star Trek shirt for Alan.
When the pool was unexpectedly closed, we did water balloons instead. (Just a few of them!)
We played more and more and more games!
We rounded off the trip with a visit to Costco since Grandma Debbie has a membership. :)
So much fun!
