Our next little adventure was to a place called "Sandcastles." It's another wonderful little turn-off from the main road that made for a wonderful playground for us. The rocks are made up of soft sandstone and while they are hard, they also brush away easily. It's fascinating!
By this time, my brother and his family had arrived and they joined us and Uncle Gregg again volunteered to be our guide.
The kids climbed up on this rock...it doesn't look like much, but it was huge!
