This wonderful woman who is friends with my Grandma, Aunt, & Uncle has alpacas and chickens and let us come to visit them. They are such fun animals!
They were not afraid to get up close and personal with us. :)
We got to feed them carrots. They loved the carrots! Jared was nervous at first, but warmed up to the idea and loved it.
She showed us all the tricks...like putting carrots on the back of one of the alpacas and watching them eat from there.
Sometimes they got a little too close for Ethan and he would do this back-up motion.
Then we got to check out the chickens and even help collect eggs.
We actually saw a chicken lay an egg!
Then she showed us some of the sheared-off fleece and let the boys each take a piece home.
