Our county has a Bonsai Society. :) Alan has always loved bonsai trees, so we decided to go see the trees on display. There were some AMAZING trees including some that were 75 years old! Ethan didn't like having to stay in the stroller very much, but he got to run around outside shortly after. 
The gardens were so beautiful! It was a lovely Saturday diversion. :)

Seeing in Ethan in his stroller reminds me of the time we took Miles (before his second b-day) to the JP Morgan Library. (If you haven't been there, check it out.)
We were in the room with the Medieval manuscripts when he pulled his pacifier out and threw it. It landed on a display case and slid the entire length - leaving a trail of drool - before falling off the other side.
Then we were in the section with original drafts of famous works (by Jane Austen, Edgar Allen Poe, John Lennon, Mozart, etc.) when he decided to lean too far forward. No, he wasn't strapped in. CRASH! [Wait for it...] WAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!
Yeah, that was fun.
Bonsai trees really are fascinating.
