Our summer schedule this year was nothing super difficult...doable...I just wanted to document it. :)
One day Jared pushed Elephant around in the stroller all day. :) Also, isn't summer wonderful? :) Mornings full of swimming, calm afternoons full of cuddle time and movies...oh wait...there's a lot of sibling contention in there somewhere. ;)
Sometimes I try and make my kids love puzzles as much as I do. ;) This particular morning I challenged them to do all their puzzles. They didn't think it was the coolest thing on the planet, but we did quite a few anyway. :)
I love the swing set still. Most of the summer the playset was too hot to enjoy, but we're coming into our nice weather again...or at least I am hoping we are. :)
We spent a day at the apartment in Houston swimming and playing and eating with my mom. This is apparently the only picture I took and it is cracking me up!
I got a used copy of this book and a few other school-themed books to try and help Jared be excited about school. Now that he's been in school a week and has been doing so well, I think I will say it's all because of the books I got. :)
Unfortunately, while this picture is adorable, the dentist appointment wasn't wonderful and they both had to get cavities filled. Luckily, all that is behind us and maybe now they will actually believe us when we tell them to take good care of their teeth/not complain like crazy when we help them brush their teeth well.
Date nights/days are always great! We celebrated our 13th anniversary in July!
