That's how I feel about blogging and about a lot of other things right now. So, these pictures are old, but they still need to be documented.
Alan bought a couple Yu-gi-Oh! decks and has been having lots of fun playing duels with the boys. They absolutely love it and every once in a while I join them. I don't absolutely love it, but I do love them.
One morning Jared decided he needed some more sleep and so jumped on a still-sleeping Alan.
Yard work has started and is now in full swing. I love these bushes, but each spring I have to trim at least a foot off of them. They are trying to take over the whole place.
Also as part of spring cleaning, I worked on the garage a bit one day.
During our Dr. Seuss week we made oobleck and Jared was a big fan!
I also cleaned all of my dumping grounds and relished the nearly-empty nightstand look.
We went to Lowe's to get some yard stuff and I had to laugh after taking this picture. Maybe I take too many?? Nah. :) (And yes, Jared has had a haircut since then!) :)
I have been doing lots of puzzles lately. I pulled out the BYU one in honor of the fact that I get to go visit this month. I am so excited!
Here's another duel. The boys are always asking to play, but don't get to often because if they play each other it always ends in frustration.
During Spring Break we went to the library. It was raining and I loved watching them try and share the umbrella.
Next we went to Kroger (close to the library) and since we had never been to this one, we didn't know that they have little carts. The boys were very excited about them.
Another Spring Break day we went down to Sugarland to hang out with Grandma Joan and to have lunch with Grandpa Rendell.
Another trip to Lowe's and a very loud saw. I was working on putting some shelves in Ethan's room...I am not a master builder.
We went to the Children's Museum free night and it was totally crowded but fun. I gave up on taking pictures and just tried to keep from getting separated.
One day Jared got dressed and put 5 socks on each foot. I didn't even really know until he sat down later and pulled them all off. I couldn't believe it!
Spring Break brought lots of time for the boys to play (since we were rained out of many of my plans).
