Saturday in Louisiana

After the party and a good night's sleep, we woke up with some hours for fun.  I got to go to breakfast with a best friend and the boys got haircuts and then we went out to find some more fun.  It was a beautiful day!

 We started  by checking out the alligator and the turtles.

 Then we went over to the park.

 Having never been to this park, I didn't know there was a splash pad, but who needs a swimsuit?  :)

 I liked getting close enough to feel the mist.  By this point, Jared was deciding he was freezing.  :)

 Then we got snow cones and brought them out to the deck (Jared's favorite place in the whole wide world!) and enjoyed a little piece of heaven.  I want another just thinking about it!  :)
