Trying to Stay Busy

This morning when we woke up, I realized there was very little to do.  This is a terrible thing to have happen.  Alan needed to finish up some work stuff so it was the boys and I on our own and a little bit bored.  I decided that it was lovely outside and that I should practice taking pictures.  The boys were less than thrilled but it did get us outside and the weather was lovely.  I took the boys' stuffed animals because I knew the boys would not enjoy having their pictures taken again and again.

I decided it was a good idea anyway because these are the most beloved of the stuffed animals and they really should be recorded for memory's sake.  Ethan loves his bear that he got at a friend's birthday party at Build-a-Bear.  Jared is completely enamored with elephant and monkey is a close second.  They are a set of  puppets that a special someone picked out for us for Christmas before Jared was born, but the second Jared got his hands on them, they were his.  We have very clever names for these beloved animals.  They are Bear, Elephant, and Monkey.  :)
P.S.--The lighting difference is from the front yard to the back yard.
