Saturday we decided we needed to get out of the house, so we headed for the zoo. It wasn't exactly a beautiful day (pretty cold and windy, really), but since we have a membership at the zoo it doesn't cost anything and we NEEDED to give Ethan somewhere to run! :) One of the things we'd never done before was the pony ride. (It costs extra, so it's not a regular event.) It was a short ride, but he LOVED it!
The huge cow was out and Ethan wanted to pet it...
then it totally started licking him. Ethan thought it was hilarious! :)
When we were pretty frozen, we took refuge in the reptile house.
