Gumbo for Everyone
Let me just say that though I was not Louisiana born, I love the food! I made gumbo yesterday and oh! That's heaven in a bowl. I just love the stuff! Today Ethan got his first taste of it and I'm happy to say he really liked it. :) For any concerned readers, let me say before you panic, that I made a very mild gumbo and didn't put any Tony's in Ethan's bowl. (For those of you unfamiliar with Tony Chachere's seasoning, go find some and try it...great seasoning!)
