Here he is with Alan "drinking" out of a cup. (Of course there's no water in it right now, but he has had some water out of a cup since he refuses to let me drink without attacking my cup.)
Here he's showing how excited he is at being able to sit on his own. He's still a little tipsy, but he's getting good! (I tried to get a "normal" sitting picture...no luck, so here's a funny one.)

He IS excited! What a great picture. I love your parenting style too. You don't put any limitations on the boy. You want a drink out of the cup? Okay, go ahead. In fact, why don't I just give you the whole thing! I love it! Sometimes I think I have too many rules.
