I got to go to Ethan's school party.
They played a toilet paper snowman game. The kids were pretty funny. Unfortunately this game should really only be played with Ultra Strong toilet paper and let's just say, this was the cheap stuff.
The next day, we packed up and completely filled the trunk.
One of the days in Louisiana, we went to "The Quad" with Dean and his kids. It was a hit!
Jared moves too fast for the phone camera.
I soooo wish I had taken this one with a real camera and could frame it for the wall. I love my Ethan and he loves strategy games. :)
After Christmas, the boys were happy to play Legos with their new sets.
And Grandpa Rendell helped Ethan come up with a whole bunch of golf courses inside the house. The extreme version included going down the stairs. :)
Then we went miniature golfing at Putt-Putt. I was going to cancel that activity because I thought we might be too tired, but I'm so glad that Elaine convinced me to go because we had tons of fun.
Once we got home, I immediately went into "there's-too-much-stuff in-our-house" mode and had to start cleaning out closets. This one now makes me particularly happy.
The boys kept busy with perhaps the favorite toy of the year.
We got to use our fireplace for a week or so while it was cold here and the boys are incapable of sitting next to each other without wrestling.
I did lots and lots of puzzles and loved every minute of it! :)
Elaine had flight complications and we rejoiced over it because it meant an extra night with us. :)
