Everyday Life

I haven't been taking very many pictures lately.  I have been working on our photo book and it always makes me think that I take too many since it takes sooo long to go through a year's worth.  :)  Anyway, I decided to get out the camera again, but since we haven't been doing anything special, I have pictures of everyday life.  There's nothing wrong with that, though, is there?
The everyday means lots of time hanging out with Jared (who doesn't always want his picture taken).  In this case, he really wanted me to take a picture of his dinosaur and he was sad when he figured out I was taking a picture of him.  Poor kid.

That's better.  :)

 Every once in a while Jared still naps.  This time he did so during a show.  It cracked me up to see the remote still in his hand.

Then there's the time after Ethan gets home from school.  I just got some new Duplos for preschool.  I love these things!  :)  We have a ridiculous amount at this point, but the preschool kids love them and so do I, so oh well.  :)  There are very few toys I plan on keeping forever, but these will stay.

Occasionally they have fights over pieces.

Most of the time, however, they play well.

Then there is the time before bed.  On this particular day, Alan was working late and so the boys went in to give him a hug before sleep and that turned into a bedtime story on the computer.
