December Fun

Here are some of our latest photos.  The boys got to decorate their little tree.

 I got to decorate my mantel.  I LOVE having a mantle by which to hang the stockings with care.  :)

 We made some sugar cookies and the boys loved the cookie cutters.

 Jared couldn't get enough of playing with the flour and rolling pin.

 So much so that while the cookies baked, he needed a change of outfit.

 Last year after Christmas I picked up this little Pin the Star on the Tree game for a quarter or something like that.  The boys wore the penguin mask around for a couple days until it ripped.  I'm glad that such amusement can come from so little.  :)

 Jared wouldn't keep it down so as to actually play the game correctly.

 Just a quick snapshot...Jared has actually started watching TV.  Maybe I shouldn't feel such joy, but sometimes you just need a kid to be still.  Also, I love it when they are so amiable.  Quite frequently, they don't do so well sharing the couch.  I had to capture this!
