Here's how things looked the other day when I decided I wasn't going to wait for things to be perfect and I just took some pictures. It's kind of hard for me to even post these because I have major dreams to make things even more fantastic, and hopefully one day I'll be posting more pictures of each room after it's "finished." I decided to post them because I didn't want to seem ungrateful and I do really love this house. I still walk around absolutely amazed that I get to live here at least once a day. :)
Entry Way
favorite part: that it exists :)
Living Room
favorite part: the natural light... There's lots of natural light in this house and I LOVE it!
Kitchen
favorite part: the tall cabinets, power switch for dishwasher that makes it that Jared can't turn on the dishwasher all the time...which he did before the switch was discovered, window seats, more natural lighting, the extra counter space. (It may not look like someone else's dream kitchen, but it's pretty much amazing compared to what I had before! :)
Dining Room a.k.a. the Playroom
favorite part: that I can see it from the kitchen, that there's a designated spot for toys...even if it almost always looks a little "played-in"...I'm just grateful the mess is out of the living room. :)
Game Room
favorite part: the fun family time we have in it...the Foosball table has been a nightly event
Boys' Room
favorite part: that it's carpeted...I love carpet in bedrooms! I really missed carpet in NJ! :)
(Jared had just found the puzzles and generously helped me out by unpacking them.)

Guest Room
favorite part: the closet...I get to store all my craft and sewing things in the guest closet.

Back Yard
favorite part: the fence, the built-in sprinklers, the patio with the sandbox where the boys spend hours, the dream-like family moments spent here
