the front gate (Ethan's reading the map of the park.)
the carousel
It's hard to tell for real, but this might have been Ethan's favorite ride. I had a hard time getting the picture timed correctly as they came spinning around. :)
We had to go on the "orange horsey ride" one more time before leaving the park.
Big Bird's Balloon Race had a recording of Big Bird talking about the ride. At the end, Big Bird asked, "Who won the race?" Ethan responded with a loud "Me!"

Ethan's favorite part of the obstacle course was the sand on the ground. He quickly plopped down and pulled off his shoes and wanted to play.
Flying Fish Ride
(Aren't they cute waiting in line?!)

Peek-a-Bug Ride
(Alan had to teach Ethan the proper behavior for riding rides...even if it isn't a crazy roller coaster!)

What did I do while Alan and Ethan were riding the rides? (Well, I enjoyed the chances to sit, and I loved getting to take pictures of all the fun, but I did get bored enough that I decided to take a picture of myself to prove I was there.)
Lunch at "Elmo's House" (as we like to call Sesame Place) was very cute and not bad...I expected worse food, honestly.

After lunch, we got changed into our swim gear and all got to enjoy the water together!
(Since I didn't bring our camera along on the ride, I just snapped a shot of some other people, so don't feel the need to look for us, but this was definitely my favorite part.)
So, our family vacation might seem a little lame to those of you reading this, but it was perfect for us! When your group includes an 8-month pregnant lady and a 2-year old, the options are limited. :)

How fun! And I can't believe you are already 8 months along. Time flies!
It sounds so great! Sesame Place looks too cute! You will now go down in Ethan's book as THE coolest parents EVER!!!!
